Thank you very much Greesha ji for your presence and teaching us a beautiful practice. It really made me feel that we don't let things happen, things happen on their own; we should just watch them, we should just experience them, and we should just celebrate those moments to the fullest. Each session is just amazing. It teaches us to be in the now and embrace it fully. Thank you again for giving this priceless experience to us.

            FAQ's
            Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. This batch is designed especially for beginners. You will be guided from the very basics — how to sit, how to breathe, and how to build awareness step by step

That is exactly why you should join 🙂

You are not expected to “control” your mind here. Through pranayama, we first work on the prāṇa, and gradually the mind begins to settle on its own.

Some people feel calmer even after the first few sessions.

But the real transformation comes with consistency and sincere practice.
This is a journey of building a deeper connection with yourself — not a quick fix.

No prior experience in pranayam or meditation is needed for this, However, according to yogic science, asana and satkriya are essential preparatory practices that help purify the body and balance the pranic flow, making pranayama and meditation more effective.

It is therefore highly recommended to maintain an ongoing practice of asana and satkriya alongside this sadhana. You can enroll in our beginners Hatha Yog Sadhana Batches.

Yes, the practice can be adapted based on your comfort and condition. You may sit on a chair or use support as needed — the focus is on stability and awareness, not on forcing a posture.

However, it is important to inform in advance about any injury or limitation, so the practices can be appropriately guided for you.

At the same time, maintaining a supportive practice of āsana (within your capacity) will gradually help improve your ability to sit with ease over time.

Yes, however, Certain pranayama and meditation practices need to be modified during pregnancy, as the body and pranic flow are in a sensitive and transformative state.

If you are pregnant, it is important to inform them in advance. Based on your stage and condition, appropriate guidance or modifications will be suggested.
