A structured Pranayama & Dhyana Sadhana designed to help you:

We begin at the root — with breath.

Each session will include:

  • Foundational, safe and progressive pranayama practices
  • Gentle awareness techniques to prepare the mind
  • Simple, deeply effective meditation practices 
  • Deep insights and theoretical understanding of every practice taught

This space is for you if you are:

  • Feeling mentally overwhelmed, anxious, or restless
  • On a healing journey (physical, emotional, or hormonal)
  • Seeking inner peace, clarity, and grounding
  • Wanting to start meditation but don’t know how

Note: Not for absolute beginners, basic yoga foundational practice needed.
