This program is designed for the overall wellbeing of men and women in their late 50s, 60s and 70s where they mobilise their joints, improve their balance, strength, circulation, flexibility, reduce stress and feel energetic on the outside yet calm on the inside.

Yes, our competent teachers always keep a close eye on their students and are there with you at each step during your practice. It is completely safe.

All you need is a stable internet connection, a device to stream the classes (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone), and a yoga mat. Props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters are also needed. The teacher will help you in arranging them.

Live classes are 5 days a week(Mon-Fri). The frequency of self practice depends on individual preferences and schedules. Aim to practice yoga regularly, whether it's daily, a few times a week, or whenever you can carve out time for self-care and wellness.
