A small initiative to bring alive the YOGIC wisdom for a balanced life through a talk session, Q&A, and interactive approach towards understanding Yogic way of living. A balanced approach towards physical, mental, emotion and spiritual aspect of existence fuelled by enriched yogic philosophy, experiences from my own personal journey and realisation from all the years of practices.
The session is titled "FOOD & MIND" and here is what the session entails
- A 45 minutes talk that highlights mental patterns, core causes of ill relationship with food, identification of food types good for body Ways to enhance relationship with food, reduction in cravings, mind management, Ayurvedic approach to a balanced eating
- 30 minutes of Q&A
This session is not intended to give personalised diet plans or recommendations of food menus, rather empowers you to understand your body and energy needs and work a relationship with food accordingly.
