A two days online workshop designed to help release suppressed emotions, traumas and fears trapped in the folds of one’s body through asana abhyas.
The deep stretches and extensions along with breathing practices here will not only help one release the rigidities in the body but also aid one in getting rid of mental blocks and hidden emotions.

You have any physical injuries or health concerns that may be a hurdle in asana abhyas
Props required:
Yoga mat, Yoga belt/ dupatta, 2 yoga blocks/ 2 same sized water bottles, 4-5 pillows, a stable (no wheels) chair.
